I bet you have all been wondering where we have been for the last year. My apologies for the absence and lack of communication, but at the beginning of 2009 I decided to take on a massive new project designed to serve each and every one of you at the highest levels. I've been working 16 hour days for months on end with an amazing team of professionals, and I've poured every personal resource I have into this project, a project so massive no one has ever attempted anything quite like it before.

All of you who know me understand that I put 100% of myself into everything I take on in life. My driving passion remains providing the information and training necessary to help our warriors to become balanced in body, mind and spirit through our cutting edge wellness training programs. I'm going after nothing short of cultural change so we can crush the statistics for early death rates, increased risk for suicide, increased disease rates, increased injury , lifetime chronic pain management and family dysfunction issues.

I've been training people all over the country, but I will tell you with an open heart that over the course of the last decade of training I have utterly failed to create significant change. I know I've touched and altered lives, but the bulk our culture is still sick. There are millions of warriors out there, and this is quite literally a matter of life and death. This is the reason I began building *Hero Talk,* a division of Ready Force Inc., almost a year ago.

Hero Talk is a first of its kind website that is designed to bring our amazing programs to the world of emergency services professionals. We are creating a one-stop shop to serve your wellness needs. There are 3 prongs to this website:

First: we are creating a social network, similar to things like Facebook, but exclusive to *ONLY *to the Hero Talk Association of Emergency Services Professionals. The prying eyes of the public are *NOT *allowed into this members only world. You will be able to do all the fun things like uploading pictures and videos, blogging and reaching out to other professionals around the country knowing you are in a community you can trust.

Second: we are posting all of our training programs into interactive videos that are 2 to 5 minutes in length. That means anyone who is a member of the association can surf for specific information and real-world training on fitness, nutrition, pathways to thrive and something we call Warrior's Edge (mixed martial arts for emergency services) and you will be able to do so in complete privacy, without worry about the judgment of others.

Third: we have a audio file upload section where you can tell and share the amazing stories of your experiences. This section, like a U-Tube, will be opened up to the world so everyone can hear, in your own words, the truth about your experiences. It is my belief that in the words of truth you express new bridges of community support will be built.

In addition, I'm vowing to take 5% of the Hero Talk proceeds to create a Hero Support Fund to help those who need advanced psychology services but cannot afford that level of help.

Now, please allow me to lay my cards on the table. I'm about 3 months away from being able to launch this site. I've invested every dollar I have into this project and I cannot fund the last part of the build. I need an immediately infusion 15K to realize this dream. I must tell you it is maddening to come so far only to be sidelined by such a minimal amount of money. I'm literally working 3 jobs while doing this build, but its not enough. I have tried all traditional means of generating the money needed like loans, grants and other similar options, but with the economic situation the lending institutions won't take a chance on a model that is unproven in the market place.

So, here's what I'm asking from your vast pool of potential resources. Please help introduce me to groups you belong to or people you know, investors you deal with, advertisers looking to get a jump on the website launch or anyone who would be willing to partner and help fund the remainder of this project build. *PEOPLE YOU PERSONALLY KNOW AND TRUST.* I'm looking for formal introductions here, not have you tried talking to so and so. Cold calling does not work. What I need are people, telephone numbers, direct contacts and links so we don't waste time chasing our tail.

I know you all share a passion for helping create positive change in our world, that's why you are among the Ready Force Faithful. I'm deeply in your debt and thank you for taking the time to allow me a moment of candor and humility in asking for your help. I don't like doing this, but then again it is one of the most powerful of all life lessons I can learn and that is to reach out to others in a time of true need.
